    How to buy from the HJ Web Store?

    Our web store has a wide range of tools, construction materials, and fasteners. Each item displays whether it is an item in stock, an item arriving at the web store, or an item in stock. If the product of interest is still about to arrive at the web store, you will see when the product will arrive at our web store. Ordered products are not available in the web store immediately, and the estimated delivery time after placing the order will be shown with the product. Once you have found the products you want, add them to your cart and place your order. When placing an order, carefully fill in all required fields and choose the appropriate shipping method. It is possible to pay for the goods by bank link or gift card. Be sure to press the "Return to Merchant" button after making the payment! You will receive an email with the details of the order, along with a link to your order.
    When you make purchases as a registered customer in the HJ Web Store, you will see the status of your order in My HJ account and can track the route of your shipment.

     

    Different order status:

    Pending - We have received your order

    In packing - the order is in the packing queue

    Packed - Your order is complete and awaiting shipping

    Shipped - The goods have been handed over to the logistics partner

     

    If the order confirmation does not come to my email?

    In this case, you might want to look at the spam folder in your inbox. If the order confirmation is not there, please email us myyk@hammerjack.eu.

     

    How do I get the goods?

    You can order the goods either to an Omniva parcel terminal, by courier to your home, or you can pick up the goods yourself at our warehouse in Laagri at Vae 4, Saue parish, 76401 Harju County.

    Delivery to an Omniva parcel terminal costs 6€. 

    Delivery with a DPD courier costs 6€. 

    No additional charges apply if you wish to pick up the item from our representative store.

    We offer free shipping within Estonia to all customers with a one-time purchase of over € 50.

     

    Do I have to sign in to make a purchase?

    You do not have to sign in to make a purchase, and you can make a one-off purchase. However, we always advise our customers to sign up on our website to receive customer benefits and see their order history.

     

    When do I get a customer discount?

    By making purchases signed in to your HJ account, we offer you a customer discount of up to -10%.

     

    What is my HJ account?

    By registering yourself on our website, you will have created a personal HJ account. When you are signed in to your HJ account, you will see the discounts and special offers applicable to you, you will be able to track your orders in real-time, and all your orders will be stored in your order history. When making purchases signed into your HJ account, you can make purchases quickly and conveniently as all the fields required for placing an order are already pre-filled. You can change your details and, if necessary, save the different addresses where you want the goods to be delivered. Additionally, account owners can subscribe to our newsletters to stay up to date with Hammerjack news and promotions.

     

    I forgot my HJ account password and followed the instructions, but didn't get a link to my email to reset my password?

    In this case, you might want to look at the spam folder in your inbox. If the password reset link isn't there, please email us info@hammerjack.eu.

     

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order by writing to us myyk@hammerjack.eu.

     

    If I want to buy goods on-order that are not in stock?

    The delivery time for ordering goods depends on the manufacturer, and the estimated delivery time shown on the product is approximate. The goods will be ordered for you after placing the order.

     

    How to buy a gift card?

    You can find the gift card here . You can buy a gift card for any amount you like, and after payment, we will send you a digital gift card which you can print out.

     

    How fast will the goods reach me?

    After placing your order, we will complete the order within one business day and send it in the desired method of delivery. The goods arrive at the desired destination within four (4) working days.
    If you would like to pick up the goods from our dealership at Vae 4, Saue parish, 76401 Harjumaa, you can arrive on the next business day!

     

    Can goods be returned?

    Yes, a natural person has the right to return the goods purchased from our webshop within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, it can be returned to us according to the instructions that came with the product. NB! The returned goods must be unused and undamaged (the customer has the right to inspect the goods in the manner normally permitted in the store and the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods upon inspection if they have used the goods in a manner other than the above).

    If the purchased product does not suit for any reason, you have the opportunity to return the product within 14 days of recieving the product. Download and complete this form (PDF) and send it to us at myyk@hammerjack.eu and iclude it with the returned item.

     

    Which goods are not subject to return?

    Goods that are specifically ordered for the customer are not subject to return.

    The returned goods must ve unused and undamaged (the customer has the right to inspect the goods in the manner normally permitted in the store and the customer is responcible for any decreased in the value of the goods upon inspect if they have used the goods in a manner other than specified above)

     

    Claims and Warranty

    The HJ Web Store shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defects in the goods sold to the natural person, which shall occur within a period of up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the consumer. In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the HJ Web Store no later than within two months by submitting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase was paid for.

    The HJ Web Store provides a manufacturer's warranty on goods sold. The HJ Web Store is under an obligation to repair defects, as defined by the manufacturer in its warranty, during the required period. The warranty period will apply from the date of the delivery note of the delivery of the goods.
