The HOLZSTAR DB 450 is a compact and precise wood turning lathe, ideal for home users, hobbyists, and educational workshops. Its torsion‑resistant grey cast‑iron bed ensures smooth, quiet, and vibration‑free operation, even during fine turning work.

With a distance between centres of 450 mm, the lathe is well suited for small to medium‑sized workpieces. Five‑step speed adjustment via V‑belt provides reliable control for different wood types and diameters. The working length can be extended up to 1000 mm using an optional bed extension.
