All main components of the compressor are manufactured by machining using numerically controlled machine tools, including suction regulator, separator block and minimum pressure valve
The cooling takes place via a temperature-controlled centrifugal fan and an oversized combination cooler. This ensures optimal cooling even under the most extreme conditions.

Functionality of the DRYPOINT® M eco control
Based on the measurement result from the sensor, the control software decides in defined cycles whether and how long the full amount of purge air has to be provided to achieve and stabilize the required degree of dryness. This process is implemented by means of a targeted clocking of a solenoid valve. In each cycle, the duration of the two process sections described below varies in order to keep the degree of drying within the specified tolerance range.
