GRAPHITE jigsaw blades are used for semi- precise cutting of wood and plastic. T shank allows to use the blades in all jigsaws with BOSCH holder and universal holder. Use of CrV steel (chromium- vanadium) gives high elasticity and resistance to high temperatures. Polished side surfaces of the blade reduce friction and blade heating during cutting.
Sanding cloth GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H869) in a roll, 2.5 m long, 115 mm wide and granulation 80. Dedicated to grinding wood, wood-based materials, metals and plastics. The abrasive cloth with J-cloth backing designed for mechanical and manual grinding. The cloth’s close coating (100% of the cloth surface is covered with abrasive grain (alumina)) guarantees greater processing accuracy and the highest efficiency when processing hard materials. Blade for reciprocating saw GRAPHITE about the length 228 mm and 8 with teeth an inch long intended for cutting, among others metal, fiber cement boards, glass fiber reinforced composites, wood with nails, aerated concrete and red brick using saber saws. The maximum thickness of the materials is 175 mm. It is used in renovation, construction and demolition works as well as in home amateur work. It enables straight cutting. The saw blade produces less dust when cutting compared to traditional methods. Enables cutting close to the edge and in hard-to-reach places.
Solid carbide saw blade GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H601) with diameters 185 mm, made of MN65 manganese steel alloy with high resistance to temperature and deformations. Teeth with sintered carbide tips YG6A are designed for rough cutting of wood and wood like materials, like plywood, chipboard, MDF. Thanks to included adapter rings it is possible to use the blade in most of saw models.
The GRAPHITE Widia saw blade (ref. 55H693) has an outside diameter of 235 mm and is made from C50 special steel with increased wear and warp resistance. Tungsten carbide teeth with ATB (alternate) geometry for rough cutting of wood and wood based materials such as plywood, chipboard, MDF. Combination of high speed steel with chromium vanadium steel allows to use the blades for cutting of all pieces made of steel, stainless steel, plastic and wood.
