Delta sanding paper GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H764), size 93 x 93 mm and granulation K60. Dedicated to grinding wood, wood-based materials, metals and plastics. Hook and loop fastener allows for quick replacement of worn out paper. Holes allow for nearly dust-free operation with tools equipped with dust extraction system. Product with E-paper backing designed for mechanical grinding. The paper’s semi-open coating (80-90% of the paper surface is covered with abrasive grain (aluminium oxide)) guarantees greater working efficiency and reduces the risk of clogging. GRAPHITE impact bit set (ref. 56H560) includes 36 pieces, containing 16 bits PH1/2/2/2/3, PZ1/2/2/3, T10/15/20/25/27/30/40 o total length 25 mm, 14 bits PH1/2/2/2/3, PZ1 /2/2/2/3, HEX3/4/5/6 with a total length of 50 mm, a handle, three sockets and two adapters. These are durable bits designed for heavier work with high torque using screwdrivers or impact drivers. Made of high-quality S2 steel, which is characterized by increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The torsion zone, rotating under the influence of high torque, reduces the transmission of force, which makes the bit more resistant to breakage, and its service life is extended several times. Metal drills GRAPHITE (ref. no. 57H042-10) with diameters 7.0 mm are made of high quality M35 HSS alloy with 5% cobalt additive. 135° point angle and chisel edge correction allow for easy drilling without punching. Thanks to alloy resistance to high temperature, the drills are perfect for drilling holes in hardly machinable materials, like stainless steel, acid resistant steel, heat resistant steel etc.
Solid carbide saw blade GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H600) with diameters 185 mm, made of MN65 manganese steel alloy with high resistance to temperature and deformations. Teeth with sintered carbide tips YG6A are designed for rough cutting of wood and wood like materials, like plywood, chipboard, MDF. Thanks to included adapter rings it is possible to use the blade in most of saw models.
Sanding paper GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H750) with dimensions 93 x 230 mm and granulation 100, with holes. Dedicated to grinding wood, wood-based materials, metals and plastics. The abrasive paper with E-paper backing designed for mechanical grinding. Sanding net GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H745) with granulation K120, made of abrasive net with diameter 225 mm fastened with velcro, used for grinding plaster and gypsum finishing with drywall sanders. Placing the abrasive on the mesh reduces the clogging of the disc with the ground material, thanks to which they have a longer life than sandpaper discs. The cloth’s open coating (50-60% of the cloth surface is covered with abrasive grain) guarantees greater resistance of the grain surface to clogging with abrasive dust. Blade for reciprocating saw GRAPHITE about the length 152 mm and 6 with teeth an inch long used for cutting fiber-cement, plasterboard, concrete, glass-fiber and resin-reinforced composites using saber saws. The maximum thickness of the materials is 100 mm. It is used in renovation, construction and demolition works as well as in home amateur work. It enables straight cutting. The saw blade produces less dust when cutting compared to traditional methods. Enables cutting close to the edge and in hard-to-reach places.
GRAPHITE working gloves (ref. no. 97G100). Made of synthetic leather and elastic fabric. They provide firm grip and hand protection. Gloves feature resistance to abrasion class 2, blade cut resistance class 1, tear resistance class 2 and puncture resistance class 1. Product is CE certified.
