The Hex chamfer, 6 mm 54T417 by GRAPHITE is a tool for making a chamfer in a drilled hole allowing the head of a screw or bolt to be hidden (flush) in the material - wood, aluminium and plastic. The chamfer has a ¼" HEX type handle and features an overall length of 40 mm. It will be suitable for screwdrivers and drill drivers. GRAPHITE's 12mm 56T729 diamond hole saw has a brazed diamond blank and a cylindrical shank. It is designed for efficient drilling in stoneware, ceramics, glass and brick. It can work either wet or dry, and the drilling itself is done without impact. The maximum speed of the hole saw is 3000 rpm, while its maximum drilling depth is 30 mm. The GRAPHITE-branded tool is designed for drilling with a drill or a screwdriver.
GRAPHITE's 30mm bi-metal hole saw 56T706 is 51mm high and allows drilling to a depth of 38mm. It is made from HSS high speed steel and is fitted with a 1/2'' x 20 UNF thread. It is designed to work in metal, stainless steel (Inox), cast iron, brass, aluminium and wood. The GRAPHITE hole saw is recommended to be used with the 56T753 adapter with pilot drill bit for bi-metal hole saws in the 14-30 mm range. Maximum speeds for this tool, vary depending on the material: steel - 285 rpm, Inox steel - 145 rpm, aluminium - 425 rpm, wood - 410 rpm, cast iron - 190 rpm, brass - 380 rpm. The bi-metal hole saw is designed for use with a drill or drill/driver.
Saw blade, widia, 160 x 30 mm, 30 teeth 57T210 by GRAPHITE, with an external diameter of 160 mm and a mounting hole diameter of 30 mm. It has 30 teeth, the cut width is 2 mm and the tooth angle is 15°. The maximum speed is 11,000 rpm. It is characterised by a fast cutting type. The saw blade complies with EN 847-1 and includes 30/25.4 mm, 30/20 mm and 30/16 mm reduction rings.
