The Makita DUN500WZ is a high‑performance cordless telescopic pole hedge trimmer designed for professional trimming of tall and wide hedges. Powered by the Makita 18 V LXT Li‑ion battery platform (battery and charger not included), it features a brushless motor for improved efficiency, extended runtime and longer tool life.
The 500 mm double‑sided blade delivers excellent cutting performance and handles branches up to 23.5 mm in diameter. The trimming head offers 6 angle positions (45° tilt‑up and 70° tilt‑down) and can be folded 180° for compact transport and storage. The tool includes three speed settings, constant speed control and a reverse function to free the blade if jammed.
With XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology) for resistance to dust and moisture and an electric brake for enhanced safety, the DUN500WZ is well suited for demanding outdoor work.
