PENOSIL AquaBrake Fabric 435 is a polyester-based reinforcement fabric designed for hydro-insulating walls and floors in wet and humid areas such as:

It enhances the performance of waterproofing mastics and sealants, ensuring a watertight and flexible sealing layer that bridges cracks and prevents moisture penetration.

Installation Instructions:
- Cut the fabric to the required size, allowing 5–7 cm overlap at edges.
- Apply the first layer of Penosil AquaBrake Fiber 640 mastic.
- Press the fabric into the fresh mastic using a putty trowel, avoiding air bubbles.
- Cover with a second layer of mastic, ensuring full immersion.
Special Reinforcement Guidelines:
- Corners: Use at least a 20 cm wide strip.
- Joints: Use at least a 10 cm wide strip.
- Floor traps: Use fabric at least 3× the diameter of the opening, preferably in two layers.
- Pipe penetrations: Cut fabric with a diameter 3× larger than the pipe. Make a hole 4–5 mm smaller than the pipe diameter so the fabric overlaps the pipe by 3–5 mm.
Surface Preparation:
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, loose particles, and oil residues.
- Prime concrete, cement, and plaster surfaces with PENOSIL BetPrimer 603.
