Minimal quantities of air/oil particles are delivered directly to the contact point between tool and material, reducing friction and significantly improving machining processes.
The tiny quantities of lubricant are delivered with extreme precision through a capillary tube to the lubrication point with the aid of micro-volumetric pumps.
This leads to an immediate increase in machine productivity, an increase in tool life and the elimination of the time required to dispose of the lubricant, the consumption of which is significantly reduced.

Optional motorized backgauge 10 - 1000mm with control NC 2. The backgauge is designed as a solid support table with stop fingers which are driven by recirculating ball screws. The control Schneider Magelis is extended here and enables the simple positioning of the backgauge and the clamping cheek. The program memory remains the same. We recommend the use of sliding shoes when bending thin-walled tubes and to minimize impressions in the bending area. Sliding shoes for diameters larger than 35mm and further bending tool sets are available on request. When using sliding shoes, the sliding shoe holder (Art. No. 4312000) is required.
