- Screw compressor with ribbed belt drive
- Start-stop operation via pressure switch, thereby saving energy compared to idling control
- Minimal and easy maintenance
- Ready for connection with all fittings
- Fifteen-year rust-through warranty on inside and outside hot-dip galvanized compressed air tank
- Easily transportable and deployable thanks to the safety pallet.
- KK version as standard with automatic steam trap for the reliable and economical discharge of the condensate without unnecessary loss of compressed air
- K and KK version with refrigeration dryer as standard with pressure dew point at 3 °C, ambient temperature 25 °C
Increased flexibility- Enabling the second compressed air vessel doubles the pressure vessel volume, thus creating a greater compressed air reserve. Helps to cover short-term peaks in compressed air requirements
- For, e.g., chisel, hammer or sandblasting work, the second vessel can be isolated from the compressed air supply. This halves the vessel volume helping to build up the pressure more quickly.

- Absorbed oils are reliably bound in hermetically sealed cartridges - no contact with contaminants
- Easy adjustment to changing compressed air and condensate requirements
- Condensate is actively pressed through the pre-filter and main filter with light blasts of compressed air
- Permanent function monitoring
- Fail-safe mode in the event of a power failure and loss of compressed air: QWIK-PURE continues to work like conventional gravity separators
QWIK-PURE series
- Absorbed oils are reliably bound in hermetically sealed cartridges - no contact with contaminants
- Simple, clean and ergonomic cartridge replacement
- Simple adjustments to changing compressed air and condensate requirements
- Sizing according to service interval or compressor capacity
From QWIK-PURE 15
- Condensate is actively pressed through the pre-filter and main filter with light blasts of compressed air
- Permanent function monitoring
- Integrated FRC control unit: reliable display of the remaining capacity of the cartridges and automatic monitoring of when condensate needs to be pushed through with light blasts of compressed air
- Integrated monitoring optimally utilizes the cartridges
- Remote monitoring possible thanks to network capability
- No overflowing of the system thanks to active operating principle with automatic drainage
- Fail-safe mode in the event of power failure and loss of compressed air: independent initiation of measures and triggering of alarms in the event of problems. For safe operation, QWIK-PURE then continues to work like conventional gravity separators.

function Description
- For treatment, the oil-containing condensate first passes under pressure into the pressure relief chamber.
- There, the overpressure is reduced, without causing turbulence in the subsequent separation tank for free oil separation.
- Carried coarse dirt particles are retained in a removable catch.
- In the separation tank, the oil settles on the surface through gravity separation and is led into the overflow-proof oil catch tank (version available on request).
- The filter makes the difference: The pre-cleaned condensate flows through the oleophilic pre-filter, which has a large active filter area. Flowing through from the inside to the outside, it binds the remaining oil droplets and also absorbs residual, floating oil in the filter chamber.
- In the OEKOSORB® main filter with cartridge technology, the last oil components are reliably retained. What remains is water for direct discharge into the sewage system.
The advantages at a glance
- System-compatible size
- Installation on wall possible with ÖWAMAT® 10 and ÖWAMAT® 11
- Long service life of the filter units
- Easy retrofitting of a heater at any time
- Easiest handling by cartridge technology
- Type approval with and without free oil separation
- No energy costs
