With an upper made of waterproof nubuck, a knitted 'mesh' lining and composite toecaps designed to provide protection against impacts with an energy equal to 200J and against compression equal to at least 15 kN, the footwear's overall comfort is enhanced. The non-slip, abrasion-resistant sole with an absorption system for shock, oil, petrol and other organic solvents - is also resistant to slipping on ceramic ground coated with sodium lauryl sulphate solution (SLS) and on steel ground coated with glycerol.
