Installation Instructions:
Cut the fabric to the required size, allowing 5–7 cm overlap at edges.
Apply the first layer of Penosil AquaBrake Fiber 640 mastic.
Press the fabric into the fresh mastic using a putty trowel, avoiding air bubbles.
Cover with a second layer of mastic, ensuring full immersion.
Special Reinforcement Guidelines:
Corners: Use at least a 20 cm wide strip.
Joints: Use at least a 10 cm wide strip.
Floor traps: Use fabric at least 3× the diameter of the opening, preferably in two layers.
Pipe penetrations: Cut fabric with a diameter 3× larger than the pipe. Make a hole 4–5 mm smaller than the pipe diameter so the fabric overlaps the pipe by 3–5 mm.
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, loose particles, and oil residues.
Prime concrete, cement, and plaster surfaces with PENOSIL BetPrimer 603.

Usage Instructions:
