A steel toecap provides protection against impacts with an energy equivalent to 200 J, while an anti-puncture insole of the same material protects the underside of the foot. The boots have a built-in heel, a two-material sole and resistance to oil, petrol and other organic solvents. They are characterised by anti-electrostatic properties.
