The BERNARDO BDS 75 is a versatile and heavy‑duty belt and disc sanding machine, designed for deburring, surface, contour and cylindrical grinding of metal and other materials. It is ideally suited for professional workshops as well as demanding advanced users.

Thanks to its high belt speed of 11 m/s, the machine delivers excellent sanding performance. A graphite‑coated sanding belt support improves belt glide and reduces wear. The BDS 75 features tilting sanding tables for both the belt and disc unit and a rigid, torsion‑free machine housing, ensuring smooth and low‑vibration operation. The sanding belt is easy to change, and the Velcro‑mounted sanding disc allows quick grit replacement.
