Second grinding wheel flange included in delivery
Automatic feed control AD 5 The fsM series models are equipped with automatic feed control (AD 5). Different grinding cycles are available: surface loops with delivery at the starting point, groove loops with delivery at the starting point, groove loops with delivery at the start and end points. The delivery of the grinding wheel can be individually designed depending on the workpiece. The total grinding size is divided into coarse and fine delivery, the delivery steps can be freely entered, depending on the application, with a minimum resolution of up to 0.001mm. The possibility to program dead runs after a certain number of delivery steps as well as passages for firing after reaching the grinding measure provides the best grinding results. Maximum rigidity and stability due to stress-free annealed and hardened cast iron construction
User-friendly touchscreen control: HMI graphic interface; all functions and grinding feed controllable; five program memories; function and error display; 7" screen size
Automatic feed control AD5: Various sanding cycles are available: Surface grinding with infeed at the start point, flute grinding with infeed at the start point, flute grinding with infeed at the start and end point. The infeed of the grinding wheel can be customized depending on the workpiece. The overall grinding dimension is divided into coarse and fine infeed, the infeed steps can be freely entered with a minimum resolution of up to 0.001 mm, depending on the application. The option of programming dead cycles after a certain number of infeed steps as well as passes for burn-out after reaching the sanding dimension ensures the best sanding results
Electromagnetic clamping plate
Automatic demagnetization device
Automatic adjustment of the cross feed
Cross sanding device
Recirculating ball screw and manual fine feed in the transverse axis
Longitudinal stroke adjustment via solenoid valve
Signal light to indicate the current operating mode
Two-column guided bandsaw for sawing solid bars and bar profiles
Mitsubishi FX 5 control system with simple operation via 7" touchscreen
With 700 mm material feed as standard
Cutting movement via hydraulic cylinder
With BRP (cutting feed control) -> if a set ampere limit is exceeded, the feed movement is stopped while the saw blade continues to run in order to convey chips out of the cutting channel. Once the normal load is reached, the sawing process continues
Robust machine body and the smallest possible distances between the saw blade, machine guide and workpiece minimize vibrations for maximum sawing performance
Infinitely variable cutting speed from 15 - 150 m/min
Saw blade drive via bevel gearbox, asynchronous motor and frequency converter
Material is clamped in front of and behind the cut using a two-part vice
Pressure adjustment of the hydraulic vice clamping via control valve with pressure gauge
Saw blade inclination of 7° and hydraulic saw blade tension increase the service life of the saw blade
front band guide moves automatically parallel to the movable vice jaw
Electrically driven chip clearing brush
Emulsion cooling with liquid distribution into the saw blade guides and directly into the cutting channel
With automatic material feed: frequency-controlled feed via circulation spindle; optical sensor recognizes when no more material is inserted and pauses the material feed
Spindle bearing class P4 from NSK guaranteed concentricity of 0.002 mm
Robust V flat guide with Turcite-B coating in the X and Z axes for grinding heavy workpieces
Backlash-free ball screws in the Y and Z axes
Optional extras: NC-controlled parallel puller and compensator on the grinding head, semi or fully automatic balancing device, full encapsulation of the grinding area, and much more
