NEO welding boots S3 SRC HRO 82-181-45 are protective footwear dedicated to welding and metalworking. They are characterised by a robust leather upper made of extruded split leather, a knitted mesh lining and a two-material sole made of PU and rubber. In addition, they are equipped with EVA foam, a metal toecap and a metal anti-puncture insole. NEO brand welding footwear is made in the S3 SRC HRO category, which means their slip resistance on ceramic substrates coated with sodium lauryl sulphate solution (SLS) and on steel substrates coated with glycerol, as well as the resistance of the soles to contact with hot ground. The toe cap additionally provides protection against impacts with an energy equivalent to 200 J. The sole, in turn, protects against punctures and against oil, petrol and other organic solvents. The footwear has a built-in heel and energy absorption in the heel area. They are characterised by anti-electrostatic properties. Single and double seams ensure durability, and the lace guard fastened with two straps with buckles reinforces the whole structure of the boots.
