GRAPHITE bimetal hole cutter with progressive teeth made of high speed steel allows for efficient cutting of precise holes in steel, stainless steel, wood, plastics and composite materials.
Two GRAPHITE guide rails with a length of 700 mm each, allow parallel penetration of the cutting disc and free and even guidance of the sawing and lapping machines. High quality aluminum strips are equipped with a rubber anti-splinter insert, teflon slides, and a special non-slip tape mounted on the underside of the strips, which significantly increases comfort and safety of work. On the first use, the rubber bar will automatically adjust to the tool used. It is possible to quickly connect two rails when cutting long materials using a self-aligning connecting element. It is possible to fasten the rails to the surface using dedicated clamps, which enables precise and accurate cutting of the material. The attached slats for the cut surface allow the user to focus on the work to achieve the desired cutting effect. Thanks to specially profiled grooves, the clamps do not interfere during work. The guide rail is dedicated for use together with the GRAPHITE circular saw.
Velcro sand paper GRAPHITE (ref. no. 55H738) with dimensions 93 x 185 mm and granulation 80, with holes. Dedicated to grinding wood, wood-based materials, metals and plastics. The abrasive paper with E-paper backing designed for mechanical grinding. The paper’s semi-open coating (80-90% of the paper surface is covered with abrasive grain (aluminium oxide)) guarantees greater working efficiency and reduces the risk of clogging . Velcro fastening allows quick replacement of used abrasive disc. Designed for mounting on orbital grinders. GRAPHITE jigsaw blades are used for semi- precise cutting of wood and plastic. T shank allows to use the blades in all jigsaws with BOSCH holder and universal holder. Use of CrV steel (chromium- vanadium) gives high elasticity and resistance to high temperatures. Polished side surfaces of the blade reduce friction and blade heating during cutting.
