Sanding cloth 230 x 280 mm, P60, 58T344 by GRAPHITE is an accessory with full grain electro-corundum and flexible JF backing. It has 100% coverage and contains a synthetic resin bond. It will work well with plasterboard, wood, metal and plastics. GRAPHITE brand abrasive canvas is recommended for coarse coating removal.
GRAPHITE's 57T327 diamond grinding wheel, turbo, 125 x 22.2 mm, dry 57T327 is designed for dry use. Reduction rings are included. The disc has a diameter of 125 mm and a mounting hole of 22.2 mm. The segment height is 4.5 mm, while its width is 20 mm. The maximum speed should not exceed 12,200 rpm - corresponding to a speed of 80 m/s. The tool is designed for grinding concrete, cellular concrete, brick and stone.The holes in the disc improve cooling during operation and facilitate the removal of dust and abrasive material. They effectively improve debris removal, which speeds up the grinding process. The diamond-coated segments ensure efficient and durable grinding, and their even wear ensures consistent performance over the entire service life. It has 40 teeth, the cut width is 3.4 mm and the tooth angle is 15°. The maximum speed is 4,500 rpm. It is characterised by a fast cutting type. The saw blade complies with EN 847-1 and includes 30/25.4 mm, 30/20 mm and 30/16 mm reduction rings. The GRAPHITE brand saw blade is designed for cutting wood and wood-based materials such as plywood, chipboard and MDF. GRAPHITE's 20mm 56T601 widia cutter is designed for drilling holes in wood, furniture boards and plastics. The carbide-tipped (TCT) blades provide durability and a precise finish. The design of the tool allows for flat-bottomed holes and the self-centring tip allows for accurate positioning in the material. Its special surface is coated with an abrasive layer which forms an abrasive paste on contact with the liquid. It makes the sanding process more efficient.
